Note to self

When someone apologizes to you the proper automatic response is "thank you", not "it's fine / okay". Because sometimes it's not okay. Acknowlegement of the apology is important, diminishing the wrong done isn't always the right choice.

Or it could stop being a wrong in the apologizer's eyes. Which is not the correct direction for the behavior to be modified.
