yoga four times: three classes and plans to do another on Sunday. The Sun class is much harder than the Mon class which is both good and bad, I feel like I'm accomplishing things but I was really sore after last week.

In other news I got my blood work test results back and they don't make much sense. My TSH is even lower than before which is the opposite of what I expected. It's out of range, just in the wrong direction. The doctor is supposed to call me on Monday, and I think I'm going to request to get off the generic in any case. It's just frustrating to have the numbers not match what I feel.
