being social

This weekend J and I were out and about, which was fun.  We went to the Cal Academy to see the earthquake exhibit Saturday afternoon, out to a show Saturday night, and to have dinner with friends last night.

The show on Saturday would have been my next TW show had I stayed.  It was a little odd being there as an audience member, but overall it was good.  The show is lovely, a great script and actors.  But I would have been doing a lot of knitting, it would have been going out with a whimper instead of a bang.  I remain content with my decision.  Really the only thing that made my nostalgic was hanging out with the crew in the smoker's area after the show.  That's the camaraderie I miss.
