I am trying to create a poll using the helpful tool. Yet every time I do so I get the same error message:
Error updating journal: Poll error: You must have at least one question in a poll.
There is a question. I even looked up the actual code and I can't figure out what's wrong. When I hit the preview button it looks like a poll.
Oh wise flist - any ideas?

ironsgold The best thing to do is take a poll. Just list a few things you think might be the problem, and let all the LJ savants out there pick the one they feel is the most likely source. Oh wait;)
spectralbovine Listen to me! You have to consider the possibility that God does not like you. He never wanted you. In all probability, he hates you. This is not the worst thing that can happen.
spadada You can only add a poll to a new entry. Try starting a brand new entry and adding just the poll and nothing else. Post it privately. Then go in and edit it by putting the text you want above and below the poll in. Then change it to friends or public and click "save entry." (Maybe?)
womanplus did you change any of the code after you previewed it? that the only idea I have to add.

beeker121 I do. I've double checked actually wondering if somehow that got unlisted but it's there. Someday I'll figure it out.
